After breakfast, proceed towards Jaipur’s historic walled city.

Begin with an exterior view of the iconic Hawa Mahal. Children observe its honeycomb-like façade, numerous jharokhas and natural ventilation design.

Continue to Jantar Mantar, where children encounter the enormous instruments created to measure time and study celestial movement. The visit focuses on shapes, shadows and scale rather than a lengthy technical explanation.

Thereafter, visit the City Palace Museum. Explore selected courtyards, gateways, costumes, arms, royal objects and decorative details. The visit should concentrate on the most visually engaging galleries instead of attempting to cover every room.

Stop for lunch before continuing to the Jaipur Zoological Park at Ram Niwas Garden. The park is located near Albert Hall.

Observe the animals and birds housed at the zoological park, subject to the enclosures and sections open on the day.

In the late afternoon or early evening, enjoy a short walk through a selected section of Jaipur’s traditional market. Families can see shops selling lac bangles, textiles, jewellery, handicrafts and local products.

Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, proceed to Amber Palace, approximately 11 kilometres from central Jaipur.

Explore its principal courtyards, gateways, audience halls, gardens and Sheesh Mahal. Children discover how the palace used gates, walls, mirrors, ventilation and elevated viewpoints.

Continue to the nearby Anokhi Museum of Hand Printing, situated in a restored haveli near Amber Palace. See traditional textiles, wooden printing blocks, tools and displays explaining Rajasthan’s hand-block-printing tradition.

A live demonstration or workshop will be included only when confirmed for the travel date as per availability.

Stop briefly at Jal Mahal for photographs from the designated lakeside viewing area. Jal Mahal remains an exterior photo stop; entry into the palace is not included.

After lunch, proceed to Jaigarh Fort.

Jaigarh was built to protect Amber and contains fortified walls, gateways, watchtowers, arms displays and the famous Jaivana Cannon. Children see the cannon’s enormous barrel and wheels and explore selected defensive areas of the fort.

Continue to Nahargarh Fort and visit the Jaipur Wax Museum, situated within the fort complex. See its collection of wax and silicone personalities from history, cinema, sport and popular culture.

Thereafter, drive back towards Amber for the scheduled Amber Fort light-and-sound show. The performance presents the history, legends and traditions of Amber through narration, music and illumination.

Return to the hotel after the show for dinner and an overnight stay.
